How its done
For this process you have to use natural fibers e.g 100% cotton.
1.you can use any color but it usually works better in black. bleach your T-shirt in anyway you want to bleach it, you can tie it then bleach it, or simply put it in a bucket of dilute bleach.
2.scatter the bleach on to your T-shirt then leave it for few minutes to change color then put in the washing machine or just water bucket for an hour or so.

Leave it to dry. This is more or less how it will look like.
3.Draw anything that you want to draw on acetate , i chose to draw a sneaker because its what almost all the people in my community like to wear including old woman.

4. screen print it, you can do it by hand if you do not have access to all of these but it's much more accurate and clean if you screen print it. cought your screen and leave it dry over night. take your drawing and put it beneath your screen and expose it to light in a very dark room.

5.screen print it using black pigment color.
This is more or less how it should look like when you are done printing.
6.And for the color,it is compalsury that you do it by hand. use a thicker paint brush. take small portions of the pigment color that you want to use and rub it on your T-shirt on all the orange surfaces caused by the bleach.
7.put it in the tumble dryer for the paint to be absorbed and not washed away when washed.
This is how it will look like. there you have your final product.
7.Now knit pockets using moss stitch and sow them on
yeeeeey!!!!FINAL PRODUCT.
